									<p>Тоа е така бидејќи не се избалансирани најважните нутриенти – протеини, јаглехидрати и масти. Овие оброци најчесто содржат многу шеќер (или скроб – но тој се претвора во обичен шеќер со текот на варењето на храната) а малку протеини или масти. Иако ни се чини дека сме изеле здрав и балансиран оброк, воопшто не е така. Треба да внимаваме што внесуваме во организмот бидејќи со една “здрава” порција, а нив посебно ги јадеме за доручек, може да внесеме половина од јаглехидратите кои ни се потребни за цел ден! Не заборавајте дека секое парче храна содржи јаглехидрати.</p>								</div>

									<p>Пример да земеме еден обичен ручек – леб, компир-манџа и зелка салата. Во едно парче сечен бел леб има 53г јаглехидрати. Да речеме јадете две – тоа се 106г. А сте изеле само леб, внимавајте. Потоа, во манџата (зависи колку ќе јадете) да речеме, 10-20г. Во салатата отприлика исто. Внесуваме протеини и масти, да, но колку јаглехидрати внесовме? И од тие, колку се обичен шеќер? Уште еднаш да го изедете истото – тоа се преку 150-200г јаглехидрати за само два оброка. Значи, гледате, не мора да јадете чоколадо секој ден за да внесувате премногу шеќер. Имам забележано дека многу луѓе мислат дека ако не јадат “благо” секој ден се ќе е во ред и потоа не им е јасно зошто им е покачен шеќерот во крвта.</p>								</div>

									<p>Секој организам е различен. Секој треба да одреди колку јаглехидрати му се потребни, тоа е поврзано со годините, тежината и активноста во текот на денот. На спортист ќе му бидат потребни многу повеќе јаглехидрати отколку на човек кој не се занимава со спорт и работата му е на компјутер. Се препорачува 45%-65% од вкупнoто внесување на калории да бидат јаглехидрати. Тоа е околу 3-5г на килограм. Јаглехидратите ни даваат енергија, така што тие ни се неопходни за правилно да ни функционира телото.</p>								</div>

Динстајте додека да испари алкохолот и да се намали течноста. Зачинете со сол и бибер, па додадете го кремот и варете се додека сосот убаво не се соедини.</li><li>За тестенините, убаво изматете ги јајцата и измешајте ги со брашното. Мешајте со додавање вода додека тестото не почне да се лизга од лажицата. Оставете десет минути, а потоа турнете низ сито во врела вода.<br />Сосот посипете го со ситно сечканиот магдонос и послужете го со тестенините.</li></ul>								</div>

Сувите зачини (лук, сол и бибер) измешајте ги во сад и посипете ги врз пилешките батаци. </li><li>Во тавата загрејте го маслиновото масло и додадете ги пилешките батаци. Печете ги од секоја страна околу четири минути и извадете ги.</li><li>Во истото тавче додадете уште маслиново масло, па лукот и кускусот кој треба да добие златна боја.</li><li>Додадете ја пилешка супа или супата од зеленчук, па пилешко, по желба ставете лимон и рузмарин.</li><li>Се пече во рерна околу 15 минути.</li></ol>								</div>

Исцедената смеса префрлете ја во поголем сад па додајте ги јајцата, брашното, прашокот за пециво, сол и бибер. <br />Сè добро измешајте. <br />Во тава загрејте малку масло за пржење и ставете една или две лажици од смесата во маслото. Направете рамномерен круг како палачинка со шпатулата. Печете ги палачинките од секоја страна околу пет минути или додека не добијат убава и крцкава златна површина. <br />Печените палачинки пред послужување ставете ги на мрсна хартија.</p><p>Добар апетит!</p>								</div>

									<p><strong>Подготовка:</strong></p><ol><li>Направете го пецивото, но најпрво измешајте ги сите суви состојки, а потоа измешајте го и маргаринот па сè убаво измесете со рацете. Постепено додавајте ја ладна вода и кога сè ќе се соедини, завиткајте го во проѕирна фолија и оставете го во фрижидер еден час.</li><li>Овошјето и тиквата исечкајте ги ситно, потоа измешајте ги со брашното јаткастите плодови, и шеќерот.</li><li>Измешајте ги состојките за првиот премаз, освен шеќерот.</li><li>Кога тестото ќе одмори, развлечете го на дебелина од околу половина сантиметар, не мора да внимавате рабовите да бидат правилни. Всушност, тоа е еден од белезите на галетот. Потоа префрлете го на хартија за печење во рерната во која ќе печете.</li><li>Распоредете го филот преку тестото, но оставете неколку сантиметри тесто околу работ, кои потоа ќе ги превиткувате преку филот.</li><li>Тестото премачкајте го со премаз и посипете го со шеќер. Се пече на 200°C околу половина час. Се лади на решетка за ладење.</li><li>Кога галетата ќе се излади, премачкајте ги плодовите и тестото со премаз од мармалад и вода. Ова ќе и даде сјај на галетата, дополнителен вкус и ќе му помогне на тестото да остане крцкаво цело време. <br /><br />Имајте добар апетит!</li></ol>								</div>

									<p>Подготовка<br /><br />Во големо тенџере ставете 1 литар и 300мл вода. Во водата додајте го ванилиниот шеќер и обичниот шеќер.<br />Oставете водата да поврие. Додека врие водата додавајте го таанот и оризот и сето тоа мешајте го од време на време.<br /><br />Пудингот растворете го во преостанатите 200 мл ладна вода. Откако оризот убаво ќе омекне и ќе се згусти, 5 мин пред крај, додајте го разматениот пудинг. Варете уште многу кратко додека сутлијашот не ја добие потребната густина. Во готовиот ориз, ставете ги ситно сецканите парчиња праски од компот. Убаво измешајте и сервирајте го десертот.<br /><br />На здравје</p>								</div>
