									<p>Тоа е така бидејќи не се избалансирани најважните нутриенти – протеини, јаглехидрати и масти. Овие оброци најчесто содржат многу шеќер (или скроб – но тој се претвора во обичен шеќер со текот на варењето на храната) а малку протеини или масти. Иако ни се чини дека сме изеле здрав и балансиран оброк, воопшто не е така. Треба да внимаваме што внесуваме во организмот бидејќи со една “здрава” порција, а нив посебно ги јадеме за доручек, може да внесеме половина од јаглехидратите кои ни се потребни за цел ден! Не заборавајте дека секое парче храна содржи јаглехидрати.</p>								</div>

									<p>Пример да земеме еден обичен ручек – леб, компир-манџа и зелка салата. Во едно парче сечен бел леб има 53г јаглехидрати. Да речеме јадете две – тоа се 106г. А сте изеле само леб, внимавајте. Потоа, во манџата (зависи колку ќе јадете) да речеме, 10-20г. Во салатата отприлика исто. Внесуваме протеини и масти, да, но колку јаглехидрати внесовме? И од тие, колку се обичен шеќер? Уште еднаш да го изедете истото – тоа се преку 150-200г јаглехидрати за само два оброка. Значи, гледате, не мора да јадете чоколадо секој ден за да внесувате премногу шеќер. Имам забележано дека многу луѓе мислат дека ако не јадат “благо” секој ден се ќе е во ред и потоа не им е јасно зошто им е покачен шеќерот во крвта.</p>								</div>

									<p>Секој организам е различен. Секој треба да одреди колку јаглехидрати му се потребни, тоа е поврзано со годините, тежината и активноста во текот на денот. На спортист ќе му бидат потребни многу повеќе јаглехидрати отколку на човек кој не се занимава со спорт и работата му е на компјутер. Се препорачува 45%-65% од вкупнoто внесување на калории да бидат јаглехидрати. Тоа е околу 3-5г на килограм. Јаглехидратите ни даваат енергија, така што тие ни се неопходни за правилно да ни функционира телото.</p>								</div>

									<p><strong>Подготовка:</strong> </p><ol><li>Јаболката излупете ги и исечете ги на дебели кришки, кората од портокал изрендајте ја, а смоквите исечете ги на третини. </li><li>Ставете се во тенџере и прелијте со 500 мл вода и варете додека водата не зоврие. Потоа намалете ја топлината и оставете да се крчка уште пет минути. Исклучете го и оставете го покриено околу 15 минути. </li><li>Издробете го квасецот и земете една лажичка од вкупната количина шеќер и посипете врз квасецот и додадете две супени лажици млака вода. Оставете го квасецот околу 10 минути.</li><li>Во меѓувреме во сад измешајте ги брашното и солта и исцедете го компотот и одвојте 175 мл течност од компотот. Доколку е потребно, процедете ја течноста низ сито за да не содржи трошки и кожа од плодовите. </li><li>Кога ќе отстои квасецот, додадете го во брашното. Потоа додадете го преостанатиот шеќер, маслото и течноста од компотот (треба да биде млак, но не топол, а доколку се излади слободно загрејте го малку). </li><li>Месете го тестото додека не се изедначи па формирајте топка и оставете ја покриена во сад да нарасне на топло место околу еден час.</li><li>Исцедените јаболка, смоквите и кората од портокал сомелете ги во блендер или миксер со стапчиња и додадете ги сечканите бадеми и сè убаво измешајте со тоа го добивте материјалот за полнење. Тестото треба да се расука во квадрат, рамномерно, а дебелината зависи од вашиот вкус.</li><li>Врз неа намачкајте го целиот фил рамномерно и внимателно завиткајте го (ролат) тестото со филот врз него. </li><li>Направете дупчиња со чепкалка по целата должина и печете во загреана рерна на 200 °C околу 30 минути.</li><li>Оставете да се излади и исечете на тенки парчиња.</li></ol>								</div>

									<p><strong>1. Свинското филе пропржете го од сите страни во врело тавче</strong> или на скара додека не добие убава темно кафеава боја. Потоа ставете го во загреана рерна на околу 180 Целзиусови степени околу петнаесетина минути да се испече и неговата внатрешност.</p><p>Над месото ставете алуминиумска фолија и оставете ги соковите да се стабилизираат околу осум минути пред да го исечете и послужите.<br />Послужете со пире од компири или салата од зеленчук.</p>								</div>

									<p><strong>2.Полнето свинско филе</strong></p><p>Полнетото свинско филе е буквално пресечено и наполнето од внатрешната страна. Пред тоа убаво &#8220;истепајте&#8221; го со чеканче за готвење со цел да биде рамномерно насекаде.</p><p>Месото можете да го наполните со комбинација од шунка, сирење, печурки и зеленчук (по желба). Така завиткајте го во фолија и затворете го со чепкалки за заби. Може да го печите на скара или во рерна.</p>								</div>

									<p><strong>3.Свинско филе во лиснато тесто</strong></p><p>Свинското филе карамелизирајте го во тавче, па премачкајте го со сенф додека е уште топло. Оставете го месото целосно да се излади. Филето завиткајте го со листови спанаќ, кришки пршута и сирење (по желба), потоа сè заедно завиткајте во пластична фолија и ставете го во фрижидер еден час.<br />Вака подготвеното свинско филе завиткајте го со развлечено лиснато тесто и ставете го во фрижидер да се излади најмалку половина час. Лепчето премачкајте го со „сос“ од жолчка и вода, па ставете го во загреана рерна на 180 Целзиусови степени околу 45 минути. <br />Препорачуваме да се служи дури е топло.</p><p><strong>Добар апетит</strong></p>								</div>

									<p><strong>Подготовка:</strong></p><p>Излупените компири и исчистениот кромид изрендајте ги на тенки ленти и ставете ги во чиста памучна крпа за да се исцеди вишокот течност. Исцедената смеса префрлете ја во поголем сад па додајте ги јајцата, брашното, прашокот за пециво, сол и бибер. <br />Сè добро измешајте. <br />Во тава загрејте малку масло за пржење и ставете една или две лажици од смесата во маслото. Направете рамномерен круг како палачинка со шпатулата. Печете ги палачинките од секоја страна околу пет минути или додека не добијат убава и крцкава златна површина. <br />Печените палачинки пред послужување ставете ги на мрсна хартија.</p><p>Добар апетит!</p>								</div>

									<p><strong>Подготовка на тестенините со грав:</strong> <br /><br />Гравот натопете го вечерта пред да го готвите, исцедете ја водата и варете го следниот ден на вообичаен начин. Во гравот можете да додадете неколку чешниња лук и малку свеж магдонос за подобар вкус. Посолете го гравот само на крајот од готвењето. Гравот гответе го од еден до два часа. Во поголемо тенџере пропржете ја ситно сечканата панцета на малку маслиново масло додека не добиете убава кафена боја. Потоа додадете ги исчистените чешниња лук (на парче) и рузмаринот, и динстајте минута-две. Во тенџерето ставете ги доматите од конзервата, сè убаво измешајте и динстајте неколку минути. Во садот додадете го сварениот грав, сè добро измешајте и динстајте минута-две за да се соединат вкусовите. Потоа додадете ги сувите тестенини и постепено сипете го густинот во тенџерето. Течноста треба да биде околу 5 сантиметри над останатите состојки во тенџерето, бидејќи тестенините ќе впијат многу вода за време на готвењето.</p>								</div>
